Underground Sea is another Chinese vendor that prints high quality MTG proxy cards. Unlike BL, USea does not have many other Chinese Resellers that operate in the same way. While there are websites and services in China that resell his cards, the relationship is less collaborative than Black Lotus and his group and more Supplier-Customer.
Pros
Newer print run quality is exceptional.
Foil cards look incredible. Many foils are the best available version in the world.
Great Customer Service. If there are issues, they typically get resolved without much push back.
Cons
Many older cards in USea's inventory still need updating using his newest printing methods.
Much more time is needed to determine which cards have been printed recently, and which are older, inferior printing.
Unable to select older print runs. When USea reprints a card, he only sells the newest. Meaning if an error is introduced, you cannot select any older version without the error. Double edged sword since it's great that you cannot receive older, inferior stock, but sometimes it can go the opposite way.
